Back in March we took Zach to his first Jazz game. I bought tickets for David for Valentine's and we had a blast. He enjoyed all the sights and all that was going on, and especially liked looking at the big TV hanging from the ceiling. He stayed awake for the entire game, and slept well that night. We got there early enough that we watched the pre-game show. They got Zach on camera at the beginning when they were showing the fans, but we didn't get to see it because our HD was out on our TV and it didn't record. We did, however, get a picture of Zach sitting on the desk with David James, Pace Mannion, and Thurl Bailey.

We also got some pictures of Zach with mom and dad. I love this hoodie we found for him. So stinkin' cute!

The following week we got another set of tickets from someone David works with and had a blast. This time Zach was asleep by halftime. I guess all the excitement subsided from the first time.
Zach has grown so much over the past month. Here's what we're loving about him now:
-Poor kid still hates tummy time. He will not tolerate it from long, and just cannot figure out how to lift up his head. We've been trying to get him to use his arms to lift up his head and chest, but he usually just ends up screaming. He may just go straight to walking and skip the crawling stage. Who knows?
-Despite not being able to do anything on his tummy, he's learned how to pivot on his back. For example, I will lay him on a blanket on the floor facing north-south and before you know it he's lying east-west, or even better has done a complete 180 and is facing the opposite direction.
-Has learned how to roll from his back to his side, and occasionally makes it all the way over to his tummy. Gotta be more careful now when he's laying on the couch, our bed, and the changing table.
-Is still talking like crazy and loves to tell stories. He's started laughing, and has giggled a couple of times. His giggles are usually random and unprovoked, but hopefully one day they'll be in response to something we do.
-Loves to sit in his carseat and play with his toys, and loves playing with stuffed animals.
-Has started to hold his head steady, and is now spending some time in his bumbo. His dietician doesn't want us starting solids though until his next appointment in June. He'll be 7 months old, but only 5 months adjusted.
It's amazing how much he has changed this past month. Here are some pictures we've taken recently. I'll try to stay more up-to-date so we don't have such long posts!
