Picture Update

It's been a really long time since I've posted any pictures and I have a ton that we've taken. Watch out this will be a picture overload. Zach is now almost 7 1/2 months and continues to amaze us. We started solids over the past couple weeks and we're definitely having fun with those. He's gradually learned what he's supposed to do when mom holds out that spoon, and how to swallow the food instead of spitting it back out. He's gagging less, eating faster, and seems to be enjoying it more. He's still rolling like crazy, and we're constantly finding him halfway across the room from where we originally put him. When he starts crawling we're in trouble. He's working on his sitting up and can sit momentarily when he wants to. Here's some pictures from the past month.

A couple weeks ago I got tired of cleaning up spit up from all over the couch and floor, and doing a ton of laundry, so I got him a "puke bucket". Everytime I burp him I hold it in front of him, and he grabs onto it like he's ready to puke. We just happened to get this look on his face. It looks like he was ready to hurl.

Sitting pretty well, when he wants to.

I guess he was really excited about whatever was on TV.

This is what I meant about him ending up halfway across the room. If you can't tell, his body is under the couch. No we did not put him there.

Loves to kick back and watch TV.

Despite how this picture looks we are getting better at the eating thing. He now opens his mouth for the spoon and seems to be enjoying eating. This was peaches, and I promise he did swallow some of them.

Not only does he love rolling everywhere, he'll take the blankets with him. He just likes to wrap himself up like a crepe like his momma did.

No clue where he got those blue eyes.

Now you gotta admit, he is quite beautiful.
