Weight Check

Today we had our appointment with Dr Tipton. According to their scale he now weighs 23 pound 6 ounces!! Needless to say, we were all pretty shocked. According to that he gained 2.5 pounds (give or take) over the last month. I followed up with his dietician and we're still looking at placing the g-tube. We all know Zach's finicky eating habits and who knows if he'll continue to gain weight. We think it would be better to just go ahead and place it so we can guarantee consistent weight gain, and also so we can try to treat his reflux a little better. They're planning to put in a referral either to the surgeon or a GI doctor and we're hoping to have an appointment before Christmas.
