Another month has come and gone and the weight watchers still seems to be working for me. This month I've lost another 4.8 pounds, for a total weight loss of 12.6 pounds over the last two months. Things still seem to be going strong (with my few days of weakness) but the thing I love about weight watchers is you can have a bad day and then make up for it by eating better the next day.
I also received my running shoes in the mail and I'm hoping to start putting them to use. Exercise will not only help me to get in shape and maybe lose weight faster, but it will give me more points to be flexible with when it comes to eating. Wish me luck for another month!
